Snow sports this week... Heavy snow fall today (Thursday 31st) has improved conditions on the hill and we expect more snow on Friday to improve the situation further. Top to bottom skiing possible - lots of fresh drifting snow on a firm base. Good terrain for beginners, intermediates and advanced. Big drifts in the Ptarmigan Bowl and the Traverse (the piste machines are on it). White Lady run is complete again (narrow in places). Coire Cas (pisted) and the Lower slopes are all skiable. Fiacaill poma is complete and the Car park T Bar is filling in. Ciste Gully / M2 will be assessed when visibility improves.
Vans Terrain Park in the Ptarmigan Bowl has rails, jumps and features ready for use! See the web for details of the Shred event on the 9th February.
Opening Times First train up is 9.00 am. Last train up 3.50 pm. Last train down 4.30 pm. Conditions permitting the Shieling will be open for packed lunches and the T Bar at the Day Lodge will be available for hot drinks and packed lunches.
