What - Mountian Spirit Winter Fest
When - 1st March
Where - Cairngorm Mountian

FREE to all snowsports ticket holders. Your chance to try a new snowsports discipline. Choose from alpine, telemark, cross country and ski mountaineering. Come test the lastest gear or join up for a short clinic and enjoy free instruction from some of the experts! Clinic times from 10am through until 2.30pm. (lasting between 60- 90mins). Conditions permitting there will be an Apline/Tele competition at 3pm and a ski mountaineering Le Mans Course Challenge! All this fun followed by a Winter Fest Party in the Hilton Coylumbridge Woodshed Bar from 5pm. BBQ, Band and Apres Fun. All welcome! If weather conditions do not permit a Saturday programme the event will run on Sunday.

What -Scottish Snowdrop Festival

When: 1st February - 16th March 2008

Where: Throughout Scotland
VisitScotland has teamed up with National Trust for Scotland, Scotland's Gardens Scheme and gardens around the country to bring you the second Scottish Snowdrop Festival. Find time to head outdoors and marvel at these beautiful little plants, set against the backdrop of some of Scotland's most captivating castles, gardens and stately homes.

What - Vans Terrain Park Photo Shoot

When - Saturday 8th March.

Where Cairgrom Mountain

Advance notice that the terrain park will be closed for the public between the hours of 11am and 4pm due to a photo shoot. Some hits will be made available as and when the crew have finished with them.
