First wild Fungi of 2010 in the Park

Cairngorms-Park.com.  It seems a long long time since morel season, at last some edible wild Scottish fungi has apeared.

First Chanterelle of 2010 in the Cairngorms National Park, nothing better than gathering free mother nature Cairngorm-Park promo goods, glad I had my beanie! Bring on our ceps! Off to make chanterelle pork stroganoff....with lots of French mustard, cream and wine......yum
